FAQ'S

What is a water fed pole?

A water fed pole (WFP) is a telescopic pole with a brush attachment on one end. Small hose is fed through the pole and out of the brush head. This system avoids working at height so is both safer and more effective than the traditional method of window cleaning.

Do you use pure water and what is it?

Yes, the water in Basingstoke is very hard. With TDS (total dissolved solids) reading of around 350 parts per million coming from your tap. If used, this leaves marks from a build up of calcium & magnesium (limescale) directly on your windows. The water we use to clean your windows has a TDS reading of 000 parts per million, meaning it is completely pure.

Do I need to be in?

No, we can discuss how you would like me to access the rear of the property. If you would prefer to be in that is fine too and we can arrange a time that suits us both.

Can you clean the inside?

Of course! We use the traditional window cleaning method with an applicator and a squeegee.

How can I pay?

Cash, card and bank transfer are all accepted.

How often do you clean?

This is completely up to you but regular rounds are every 6-8 weeks.
